Then you need to try these amazing exercises for face strengthening and tightening. By just taking a few minutes each day with these face exercises, you’ll receive a natural face lift that will leave you looking and feeling younger and healthier.

We all know that a smile can brighten your day but did you know that it can brighten your face as well and give you a younger countenance? It’s true! While there are many exercises for face muscle strength that you can do, smiling is an easy and comfortable beginning to lasting youth. Smiling is only one of many face exercises that will improve your facial muscles and tighten your skin. Pulling your lips down with your cheek muscles and creating a frown is also a great exerciser. (It’s not as fun to do in public though so maybe practice this one at home). To start, you can alternate between smiling and frowning doing up to 10 repetitions each 5 times throughout the day. Smiling, though, can be done as often as you like. Smiling is good for the face and for the soul.

Another way to strengthen and tighten the muscles around your mouth is to purse your lips as if to blow a kiss then widen the ‘O’ of your mouth, a bit like a fish. Yes, it sounds ridiculous and it probably looks a little silly but it is a great way to build up those muscles and reduce lines.

In addition to mouth exercises, you can practice raising and lowering your eyebrows. This effort will tighten the muscles of your forehead, reducing the appearance of lines and creases. Some people can also pull their ears back at will; this tightens the lines around and under the eyes creating a smoothing effect.

Many people also find that as they get older, the skin under their chin starts to sag. While the smiling and frowning exercises mentioned above will help in this somewhat, you may also want to try the following: Tilt your head back so you are looking at the ceiling and then open and close your lower jaw to tighten the muscles there. It’s very effective and can be done easily while watching TV during commercial breaks.

All of the exercises for face strengthening mentioned above (except smiling, which is limitless) should be done a minimum of 10 repetitions 5 times throughout the day. It takes very little time and provides amazing results. You will be surprised and delighted.

These facial exercises will organically remove the signs of aging as you continue to do them. They are fun and easy and you really have no reason not to try them out!
