Smiling does not only light up your face but also tighten you facial muscles. You can also frown at times thus alternating smiling and frowning is a good thing to do. You can Spend 5 minutes with 10 repetitions throughout the day.

To exercise the muscles of your lips, simply give a kiss, widen the ‘O’ of your mouth like that of a fish. This will strengthen and build muscle around your mouth. This will help in the reduction of lines around your lips.

All this exercise should be done at least 10 repetitions 5 times throughout the day. But you can smile anytime you want without limitations. These exercises only take a small amount of your time but of very big benefits. Be surprise of the results.

If done correctly and diligently, could really remove signs of aging. This is fun and you wouldn’t even feel that your exercising. This could help you achieve a more youthful face without spending to much. And this help in the elimination of environmental toxins in your body.
